WHAT WE DO & DON'T DO

Do you run the show or provide a showrunner?+

No. We are not a showrunner and we do not provide show direction, stage management, or producer-on-record services. Your team owns the floor — Team Bright Frame owns the supply chain behind it.

Do you send setup crews or show crews?+

No. We do not staff your load-in, set call, or show day. No A1, A2, V1 techs, riggers, stagehands, or runners. Your production team or AV partner handles labor; we deliver the gear they need to do it.

Then what exactly do you provide?+

Three things, owned in-house: (1) professional-grade AV equipment — cameras, audio, LED; (2) owned logistics — our trucks, our drivers, on our schedule; (3) company-owned warehousing for staging, storage, and regional deployment.

Is your gear sub-rented or brokered?+

No. Our AV inventory is owned and maintained in-house. When you book it, you are pulling from our shelves — not a vendor's vendor.

Will you white-label behind our brand?+

Yes. We work behind production companies, creative agencies, and AV partners every day. Trucks, paperwork, and on-site presence can be discreet so the client only sees your name.

Can you support multi-city tours and national rollouts?+

Yes. We stage gear regionally and move it on owned trucks — one supply contract across every market on your routing, with Team Bright Frame coordinating the handoffs.
