CONVENTION CENTER AV

LED Wall & AV Equipment RentalNew Orleans Convention Center.

Owned AV inventory, owned trucks, and a warehouse 15 minutes from the Convention Center loading dock. LED walls, projection, line arrays, cameras, and trade show booth packages — supplied behind your production company or agency.

The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center hosts more than a million attendees a year across trade shows, conventions, and corporate keynotes. What separates a clean show from a chaotic one at the Morial is almost always the AV supply chain — proximity to the loading dock, owned trucks, and gear that ships from a warehouse you can drive to in 15 minutes.

Bright Frame Studios' warehouse sits at 106 E Airline Drive in Kenner, LA — inside metro New Orleans, 15 minutes to the Convention Center, and 5 minutes to MSY airport. Everything on your show ships from that warehouse on our own trucks.

    SECTION 01PACKAGES

Packages for the Morial Convention Center.

    SECTION 02LOGISTICS

Marshaling, freight elevators, overnight gear swaps.

Load-ins at the Morial run on tight windows. Owned trucks 15 minutes from the dock let us hit marshaling-yard windows, freight-elevator schedules, and Convention Center shipping-desk cutoffs without brokered dispatch. Between show days, gear can move back to the warehouse for reconfiguration or repair and be back on the floor before doors.

We supply the equipment, the trucking, and the warehousing on one PO. Your production company or in-house AV team owns show direction, stage management, and technical operators — we run behind the team already on your floor and can white-label trucks, paperwork, and on-site presence.

    SECTION 03FAQ

    Convention Center AV FAQ.

What does LED wall rental cost at the New Orleans Convention Center?+

LED wall rental is priced by panel count. Every Mirackle panel is 500mm × 500mm, with Novastar processing and ground support included; a playback computer is recommended. Use our LED wall cost guide or calculator for a size-based estimate, then request a quote with your hall, booth or ballroom and show dates.

How close is your warehouse to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center?+

About 15 minutes. Our warehouse and LED volume stage are at 106 E Airline Drive, Kenner, LA — inside metro New Orleans, off the I-10 corridor, and 5 minutes from Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY). Owned trucks marshal from there for load-ins, overnight gear swaps between sessions, and emergency turnarounds without involving brokered freight.

Can you handle Convention Center load-in, marshaling, and freight elevator scheduling?+

Yes. We coordinate marshaling-yard windows, freight-elevator schedules, and load-in / strike hours with the Convention Center's shipping desk and your show's general contractor. Owned trucks let us hit tight windows and swap gear overnight between sessions instead of rebooking brokered freight the next morning.

Do you supply booth AV for trade shows and expos at the Convention Center?+

Yes. Booth AV packages include Mirackle LED video walls (P1.9, P2.5 curved and P2.97 indoor; P3.91 outdoor), 55"–85" Samsung 4K displays with rolling stands, presenter audio with wireless mics, content-playback media servers. All owned inventory, all delivered on owned trucks — the LED panels on your booth are the same panels our team spec'd and tested.

Do you supply general-session AV for keynotes and breakouts in the Convention Center ballrooms?+

Yes. General-session packages cover LED wall backdrops or large-format projection, QSC line arrays with Shure ULX-D wireless, ATEM broadcast switching, HyperDeck ISO recording, and 2–6 camera IMAG. We supply the equipment and owned trucking — your production company or in-house AV team runs show direction, stage management, and technical operators.

Can we rehearse in a New Orleans LED stage before bumping in to the Convention Center?+

Yes. Our Stage at 106 in Kenner is a 3,200 SF LED wall production stage 15 minutes from the Convention Center — producers use it for keynote rehearsals, content QA, and pre-show camera blocking before load-in. Same panel pitch and processing that ships to the venue.

How far in advance should we lock AV for a Convention Center show?+

8–12 weeks for full multi-day general-session packages during peak season (January–March, October–November). Flagship keynotes typically lock 3–6 months out. Single-day breakouts and booth AV can usually be confirmed inside 2–3 weeks because the inventory is owned and sitting in our Kenner warehouse.
