A 33% deposit holds your dates; the balance is due seven days before the event.
Panels are the largest line item. Each tile is 500 × 500 mm (~1.64 ft square), so a 16 × 10 ft wall is a 10 × 6 grid — 60 tiles plus spares.
Tighter pitch costs more per tile. P2.97mm indoor runs $72/tile/day, P1.99mm broadcast-grade $92, and outdoor P3.91mm IP65 $57.
Days 1–3 price at the base rate, 4–7 days at 1.8×, and anything past a week compounds on the weekly rate rather than multiplying daily.
Load-in and strike are already blended into the turnkey price. Flown rigs, motors, truss and venue-required union labor are quoted separately.

Most walls run on standard 20A circuits, but outdoor builds may need ballast, weather protection or a generator tie-in.
