SHOW-UP GUARANTEE
Your wall is lit and calibrated by your posted call time, or the day rate is free. Our trucks, our crew, complimentary hot-swap spare tiles on every build.
Indoor: house power on dedicated circuits is typically sufficient — confirm circuit availability with the venue.
Every tile is 500 × 500 mm (~1.64 ft square). We always round up so the built wall is at least your requested size. Every panel rental includes NovaStar® processing, power and data cabling, and a ground support stand. Flown LED wall rigging, motors, truss and venue-required union labor are quoted separately ($2,500–$6,000 typical).
+7 complimentary spares included for hot-swap redundancy — 77 tiles ship.
Load-in, load-out crew, and one on-site technician for every rental day are included in your turnkey bundle price — no separate labor line. Overtime past 10 hours bills at 1.5×. Rigging, motors, and venue-required union labor are quoted separately.
Flat $500 covers case packing, truck loading, delivery and pickup locally out of Kenner, LA. On longer hauls, dedicated BFS fleet line haul adds $3.50/mi round trip.
$650 Show Kit — included free on 3+ day rentals. Playback computer and video switcher/scaler, complimentary when your rental window is three days or longer.
